    I have a client with several Fanvil X6U phones. SMS messages show up on the phone app, on the desktop app, but not on the desk phone. Is there a way to get SMS messages to show up on this phone?

  2. DTMF fields in version 2.0 fanvil X6U

    the DTMF fields disappeared in version 2.0 of the X6U phones, in version 1.0 the fields existed. How do I activate these fields? I need them to add call transfer codes. attached prints of version 1.0 and 2.0

  3. problem when returning fanvil version X6U (downgrade)

    Tenho a versão v2.0 (2.12.16.20), mas quero voltar para a versão V1.0 (2.4.12). Ao tentar retornar a versão, uma mensagem aparece no telefone: "Arquivo inválido!". Como posso reverter a versão?

  4. Solved Replace X5U with X6U

    I just replaced an X5U with an X6U. I went into the provision tab of the X5U and changed the MAC to the X6U, which worked as expected. How can I change the phone type to X6U without loosing all the phone settings?

  5. Phones auto provisioning

    Users have configured their phones' DSS buttons via the phone webpage, configuration keeps getting overwritten and wiped out every few days, I assume by 3CX. How can I stop 3CX from autoprovisioning and wiping out the programmed keys?

  9. Solved Fanvil phones not being upgraded

    I have several new Fanvil phones [X7 X6U X5U] being used on a hosted 3CX system. It says the phone firmware is out of date and will be automatically updated during the daily hour I have selected. It however is not being updated and the hosted system appears not to allow for a manual update.
