Fanvil X6U + Fanvil i62 Door Phone - Video issue

Hi,

I have recently installed a new 3CX system and I have an issue where the camera image from the Fanvil intercom is massively zoomed in on my Fanvil X6Us. According to the manufacturer, the door phone is equipped with a wide angle camera, so I'm almost sure that there is something wrong with my setup.

Have you ever come across the same problem and are there any settings on the IP Phone/Door Phone that need to be adjusted in order to fix the image?

I have also watched some videos on YouTube, showing the performance of the i62 intercom and the camera angle seemed to be much wider than what I have been experiencing on my setup.

Hi,

I think you might have better luck if you speak with the manufacturer on this one.

As far as I'm aware the devices might support multiple stream types and resolutions (on the doorphone side), but the same might not be true for the receiving phone. So it will end up showing whatever it manages to negotiate with the doorphone during the call setup.
