  1. Voicemail - How do I access a Group Mailbox?

    I have dialled 99999 and pressed # on my startup addition of 3CX, But it asks for my PIN? Not to enter another mailbox number like the instructions say? So how do I get into a Ring Groups mailbox to edit the greeting?

  2. 3CX Client shows Queue Mailbox while redirecting

    Hello together, Our 3CX desktop app 18.10.461.0 shows a group mailbox when forwarding to queues. Is it possible to hide this in the client or disable the mailbox? Users accidentally forward our customers directly to the mailbox
