grouppickup

  1. Group Pickup not working?

    I currently have a problem with extension group pickup. I have taken everyone out of the default group and created 2 groups, for example. The theory being that group 1 can pick up all calls in group 1 using *20* or the pickup BLF they all have on their Yealink T41S handsets only in group 1...
