    Hello, I just upgraded my first 3CX appliance to the v20... All went quite smoosly, but I am lost, I am not able to find 2 things: - Incoming Rules - Global Call History Can you send me eventually a link to a page or hints to be able to find these? Thanks, Frederic

  2. Incoming 800 number calls from AT&T

    Hello, I am trying to configure my on-premise 3CX system to accept 800 number calls from our sip provider AT&T. Their system send 5 zeros plus the 800 to the system. (Example 00000800123456789@IP Address). I had the DID configure with *800 but give a fast busy. Wireshark shows the call rejected...
