  2. Deregistering after a couple of minutes

    Hi, I am able to connect to the server but if I don't keep the app open as soon as it goes to the background it gets disconnected from the server. I set up the configuration to stay alive in the background yet it does not. Any idea how to keep the app alive? Thanks
