    New Dutch neural Voice Laura

    This new neural voice is not yet available for selection. Since this voice greatly improves the quality I'd love to be able to use it in CFD right away. Now I am downloading PCM in polly, converting it, saving it as,... seeing I made a booboo, getting back to polly, downloading,... etc. etc...
