    Hi, I am new to 3CX. Please can someone tell me how to limit the amount of incoming calls to 2, so that I can allow 3 outbound calls at all times. The SIP capacity is set to 5. Would this be the Call Queue feature, and setting it to 2 will prevent any more inbound calls? Thanks
