Single IP Phone for Multiple Extensions

Hi there, I would like to ask if possible to have single IP Phone for multiple extensions? because I tried it gives me that MAC address is already in used by another extension. Where I need to configure Cisco Phone, for other phones like Fanvil and Snom its simpler.
