    Upgraded to 20 and Manager can't see queues to run reports

    We upgraded to 20 last night and now our Operations Manager has no queues listed in the dropdown menu for queues. He is set with the Manager role and he is a member of that queue. The only way he sees the option is if I set him to System Owner.
