    Multi-Departments

    Hi have a weird one, I have setup ac multi company and have a few departments, one in particular uses the Call pick up if one extension rings but I have seen this call pick up is able to pick up incoming calls from other departments. Has any of you experienced this?

    Scenario: We have a customer that rents temporary space a week at a time to multiple tenants. Can we use 1 SBC across all the tenants or does each tenant have to have it's own SBC? We are looking to switch our current multi-tenant system to 3CX for this project.

    I've provisioned an AX83H on a Multi Tenant system and don't have any phone book - as i would expect currently, but when i provision it on a dedicated instance, i also get no phonebook. does anyone know if this will be available in V20U8?
