AX83H Phonebook - Dedicated Instance and Department/Multi Tenant

I've provisioned an AX83H on a Multi Tenant system and don't have any phone book - as i would expect currently, but when i provision it on a dedicated instance, i also get no phonebook. does anyone know if this will be available in V20U8?

Have you added the contact logged into the System owners' account for that department to the 3CX company phonebook for that department, ensured you use the mobile number field to enter the contact's number, then reprovisioned the phone from the phones node?

Thanks for getting back to me, I've tried it again on a dedicated instance and the contacts are showing, I did have an update on the AX83H that must've been released recently.

Looking forward to the release of U8.
