  1. Contact lookup directly on CRM database

    Hello, I have connected CRM with 3cx server. How I configure 3cx that contact lookup works on directly CRM database? Because I plan to connect two or more CRM database with the 3cx server. I have multiple SIP trunk, so every trunk must be works on assigned CRM.
