new to 3cx

  1. destination not found

    Forgive me for my lack of knowledge but i am new to using any voip software, i am using 3cx and Twillo, i believe i have everything set up right, followed tutorials got everything to connect but when i go to make an outbound call it just says " destination not found " on the 3cx softphone

  3. Toe in the water, Company wants to switch but wants to test the waters first

    Is it best to test the water/this product signup for the 1 year free and learn as I go. We are not ready for a full on. There seems to be too many technical issues we need to be ready to respond to. Simply a Try before we buy approach. Your thoughts please?
