not receiving certain sms

    not receiving sms from whatsapp

    we are using Twilio mobile number. we are able to successfully make and receive calls. we can also successfully send and receive SMS's. However, for some strange reasons we won't receive sms's when we want to setup whatsapp for business.\ not sure but could it be something to do with Twilio...
