on hold music

    I am having an issue with ON HOLD MUSIC, since on queuee is always geting the deffault which is on settings but i can't dedicated / separted on hold music is this duable and how to do it ?

    Hi, Recently purchased a track from Pond5 for our hold music. (Soft Easy Listening 10 Minute: Phone On Hold), used audacity as per the instructions to mix is down from stereo to mono, changed it to 8kHz and saved it out as 16 bit wav. All sounds good on my PC, can hardly tell the difference...
