    Call flow replacing one VM for another

    We have a receptionist who is out for a while and we have a couple of back up people that do reception. Since our main receptionist was out, I started by turning their extension to DND for the week, and send all voicemails to our back up. Once done, reception (00) was still getting phone calls...
