We have a receptionist who is out for a while and we have a couple of back up people that do reception. Since our main receptionist was out, I started by turning their extension to DND for the week, and send all voicemails to our back up. Once done, reception (00) was still getting phone calls and voicemail. So I removed them from the group entirely. Then we get this call this morning. The system transferred the VM from our person taking calls to 00. We have no rules for this. There are no rules in the group or the user taking calls to do this that I can find.

Why would this happen? Thanks in advance

00 is our operator ext. I cant tell if the caller pressed anything. I remember seeing that option in the admin console, but I cant find it. I wonder if thats it. It happened at least 2x.
