    User experiencing silent calls after 2 rings

    I have a user that says they are trying to call out, and instead of ringing, the sound cuts after two seconds. The user says it will ring twice, sometimes longer, and then the line will go dead, and will sometimes skip to VM or the person answering. Other times it will remain dead indefinitely...

    I am hosting 3cx on digital ocean and using Did Logic to sip trunking and 3cx softphone. Outbound calls work ok. but I have a problem with inbound calls. With inbound calls, it rings once, and then silence. The softphone registers a missing call. below are the verbose logs. Any ideas...
