salesforce.com lightning

  1. When the Lead is deleted from the salesforce, I'm getting a window open in salesforce saying "Record not found".

    I have a two scenarios here, where I delete a Lead in the salesforce, now when the call came to the same number, there is page open in salesforce saying the "record not found" . but after that I delete the same record in the 3CX contacts, now there is nothing happening at the time of call...

  2. 3CX to Salesforce Call Recording and Log

    Good evening, I am looking for a way to allow 3CX click to dial feature in Salesforce when Activity log a call is selected in Sf Lightning. Then I would like the call to be logged in Salesforce BUT I would also want a link to storage or the recording file of the actual call. Can this be done...

  3. 3cx Chrome Extension not working with Salesforce.com Lightning Experience

    Hello I installed the 3cx chrome extension so hat I could dial directly from salesforce.com - but it does not work. The links are not clickable from within salesforce. Any way to resolve?
