  1. Solved V18 Shared screen shown as webcam video

    If we use the screen sharing feature, the screen seems to be used as webcam video. We are using 3CX version 18.0.232 Enterprise. The Browser was Google Chrome version 94.0.4606.81.

  2. iOS - WebMeeting - Blank Screen when Sharing Screen

    I have a user that when he joins a WebMeeting and someone else's screen is shared, attached is what they see, blank screen. I have tested over and over on my iPad and iPhone and do not get the same issue. Any ideas what causes this? Thank You

    Hi to all, im new in the community and also i‘m new with 3CX. I have a question to the App on my iPad: do i have the possebillity to share the screen of my iPad to another iPad or to a windows-pc (like AnyDesk or TeamViewer). To share the screen pc/pc is not a problem. Thanks for your answers
