  2. Shared Park pickup on Mobile App

    If I put a call on a Shared Park 9 on my BLF bays, I can't see BLF on my mobile 3CX app. Can I pick it up? I tried dialling the Orbit park code *19, but that didn't work. Are Orbit and Shared totally different parks? I am on a 3CX Enterprise system today ( I know Orbit doesn't work on my SMB)...
