    Hi, We are building an integration between 3CX and our own API to create a make call. The service is deployed to linux box. We can transfer the call to the client(softphone) only once after that we cannot start a call again after we make a call. We need to restart the service to makecall again...

  2. SIP Server Failed

    Hi, A customer of ours is having an issue where the Sip server keeps failing and we keep needing to restart! They are hosted on AWS and we have upgraded their server but the issue still occurs If anyone could offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
