    Dear All We have clients who have Snom 370 handsets and are in the process of migrating them to 3CX. We upgraded to the latest firmware which now supports LetsEncrypt (8.7.5.48), assigned the phone to an extension and waited for it to be provisioned. Rebooting the phone didn't help even...

  2. Incoming call does not get through: second try rings the extension

    VOIP provider is Deutsche Telekom, SIP trunk is green, running 3CX 15.5SP5 - calling one of their DIDs from outside is sometimes not being processed at all - no phone is ringing and no log entries are written whatsoever. Solution is atm: 1) Calling a 2nd time again comes through (not sure) 2)...

  3. Changing Hot Desking Display-Information

    Hi everyone, not quite sure if I am right here. I do have an issue with my Hot Desk [Snom 370 and newest firmware]. I basically would like to ask for the possibilty to change the display name for e.g. from "HD00001 | HD00001" to "Please register with dialing *77*extNR* ", which works...
