  1. Solved User won't connect to m365 SSO

    Running Version 20.0 Update 8 (Build 1131 Release) I have 1 user who won't get synced with M365. i am using selected users, where I have removed the user and readded them. I have deleted and recreated the user extension. validated UPN with 365 any other ideas to get this issue resolved?
