  1. V20 System Extensions/Inbound Rules-DID's

    Maybe I am just not finding it given new front end on V20, but I cannot find how to add a DID to a system extension. I am trying to attach a DID to our VoiceMail System, so outside users can call in and check VoiceMails, without having to have a DID for each user. I've done that in the past...
