upgrade v.16

  1. can not upgrade to v.16 - please help

    Hello i tried a few times to upgrade my system to v.16 without luck. i dont know why the system sees a previous installation i did follow the upgrade guide. see below screens and let me know if you anyone can advise what to do. thanks, George
