voicemail problem

  1. Phones dropping in 1 user of ring groups VM when user sets status to DND and nobody else can receive that call

    Ring group has 3 users, when user A goes on DND if they're out of office then when the number rings the call drops immediately into user A's voicemail instead of also ringing B and C, how can this be resolved. thanks

  3. Unable to access voicemail. Hangs up.

    Suddenly all extensions cannot acces voicemail by calling 777. Users can enter their (correct) pin code then the system responds with "access allowed by system" then just a fast busy. Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing this?
