    Live Chat popup on Windows not showing since v20 using Windows App

    I previously had 3CXPhone for Windows installed and when someone chat on our website or the URL, it would popup a window and make a sound. V20 has a new Microsoft App, so I uninstalled the old one. Now we no longer get the popups or notifications on the PC

    Webchat link, custom colors not loading on site

    Webchat Link. I can see the changed colors in a preview window in the console to my changed colors correctly and they also change correctly on my wordpress chat plugin, but the direct link, it keeps the default blue color. Anyone know why?

    Just tested and read the Whatsapp integration Xelion is offering here in the Netherlands and this actually works very nicely. Is there a reason why 3CX can't offer a simular solution?
