yealink provisioning firmware

  1. Unable to Update Phone Firmware since upgrading to v18

    Hello, yesterday we realized, that pushing fw upgrades to the phones via 3cx is no more working for us We are using several Yealink T57W phones I've attached a screenshot of the log-file. Is anyone having similiar problems? Thanks Lukas

  2. Upgrading Yealink FW via management console doesn't work

    Since there is a new FW update for the yealink phones I wanted to apply them. However once I click on the phones which need to be updated then click "Firmware" it doesn't send to the phones and they don't reboot and pull down the new FW. 3CX is hosted in GCP. I believe I've been able to do it...
