When you go to "recents" option the format is the DID and the CID for the number dialing, if you click to reply the numbers showed to call: is your own number

This is confusing, this is a new system, I try to search on the forum but cannot find if this is a normal behavior or if can be customized or if this is a known issue.

So 18013477435 called 3128508XXX

When you hit the line to call back it shows call: 3128508XXX, the extension number.

Who is the VoIP provider?
IS it on the list of approved providers? If not, then some settings will need to be massaged.

Usually I see "Name number" in my incoming calls on iOS client.
I click the Number, it calls the correct party.

Hi, yes, is on the list, Voip Innovation.

The template don't work out of the box, after some search here in the forums I was able to find some settings other uses, this are the parameters

Without this the call get rejected by 3CX

I removed the "call Source Identification"
and now shows the correct number.

I'm new in 3CX and still learning thanks everyone for your patience.

If there's any other tip for me will be thankful.
