0 Simultaneous Calls / License Expired

I have a V20 system where they cannot recieve calls, and can only make calsl via the app,
The license is showing as expired with the following error message:
_i18n.LicenseHttpsErr_InvalidTrustedStorage

Does anyone know what this means? We've checked the google backups and they are fine.

Which version (build) your are? Firewallcheck is green?

Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release)
Firewall is ticked green.

There is your Problem, update 2 is way to old. We are on update 5! Now you need to take an backup and restore to a new vm with the newest update.

Thanks, we had auto updates turned on but it showed update 3 as alpha release, when we rebooted the PBX, it showed is as an official release, we have brought it up to date manually and problem solved. thanks for your helpAllow

Its always a good idea to monitor your pbx for updates or any failure.
