100 extension with an additional admin

I am migrating an existing PBX over to 3CX and the CEO has extension 100 already. I'd like to keep them as extension 100 but that's currently what the admin account is. What would be the process to create an additional admin say on extension 999 and make them and admin and then 100 a regular user? I should say I do know how to change the permissions but I can't figure out exactly how to create an additional admin.

From the management console you can edit each extension and change the role. Simply make your fake extension, change to system owner, then edit 100 and change to user.
