12.5 to 14 Upgrade Fails

While performing the upgrade from 12.5 to 14, I get an error, "There was an error during the Windows features configuration process. Your original configuration will be restored." Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of the log file. Any ideas on how to get around this? Box is virtual Windows Server 2008 R2.

Make sure your windows has the latest updates, most importantly the .net updates before performing the upgrade.
