14.2 Switchboard user setting lost upon reboot

Any one else having issues with 3CX phone switchboard not persisting settings? The old expanded presence view would remember user customizations. Now my users have to adjust the screen size and go in and go into settings to click to show group headers every day. It seems to lose settings after a reboot.
