We are an MSP that handles many systems, since the 16.0.2.910 update, I've had 2 systems randomly stop receiving & sending calls. We thought initially it was a problem with a SIP Provider, but what we found was we couldn't restart the 3CX services, I had to end task on them and restart them. Then it worked, both systems failed within two days of each other.
This is highly unusual for 3CX to crash services, so I wonder if it was related to these two. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue. Has anyone else had this happen?
