Hello colleagues !
Does the system have the option of enabling the function on the SiP trunk "180 Ringing"

You need to clarify. 180 Ringing is a standard SIP response to an Invite to tell the calling end that the number called, is ringing. Is a provider suggesting that on an incoming call to 3CX, that a 180 is not being returned? the next message, in sequence, should be a 200, when the called line is answered.

nothing to enable, if an INVITEd terminal switches into RINGING state it will let its next hop know with this message. This is then passed on. You can not fake ringing on something which is not ringing...

Thanks for the answer I will try to describe the situation in detail.
There is a 3CX to which a SiP trunk is purchased from a local telecom operator. At the moment everything is working but there is a problem when the phone rings on a mobile number that is not serviced or in the access zone. The user does not hear this announcement.

normally there will be then a early media announcement regarding this state.
Do you use a supported VoIP Provider?

Yes, the customer service contacted but could not help.
For the test I connected to 3CX with GCM Gateway Yeastar TG 1600.On this trunk, too, there was such a problem but after I turned on 180 Ringing this problem has been solved.

which provider do you use?

Local Mobile Provider

If you wish to spend addition time on this, you will probably want to "Wireshark" what message(s) is/are being sent to you by the provider, when a service announcement is reached. Ideally, you want audio to be "cut through" so that the caller is able to understand what has happened at the destination
