I am trying to add a few Cyberdata Round Speakers to my system and when running 18U3, the device was listed in the drop down menu. However, after updating to 18U5, the Round Speaker is no longer an option. Further, the device is still listed under the 3cx Support Models located here.
I took a look at previously configured devices and they still show as Round Speakers. Have they been renamed or can I select another device from the list that will work?
Unfortunately the support for that model has ended so it will no longer be able to provision automatically in 3CX (hence why it no longer appears).
You can however try to configure it manually, and enter the login details into the device's web interface
