I've got 3CX running behind a firewall... It has a private IP, and I'm port forwarding to get call in and out from 3CX.

At work, I'm behind a firewall... I have no access to do any port forwarding on the office router.

Can I configure my client to connect to my home 3CX setup from work (details not needed, just yes or no (for now))?

yes, you can try also with 3cx voip client

Really depends on the office router that you have no access to. If you're lucky, the office router will let the phone / VoIP client detect the external IP using STUN, and allow the SIP packets out so they can reach the public IP of the router that 3CX is running behind with port forwards. If the phone / SIP client uses keep-alives, the router should allow traffic from the 3CX server back into the phone / VoIP client running at work.

However, chances are if it is a corporate firewall rather than just a small business router that you have no access to that the firewall is probably going to limit access to things like http/https that it is configured to allow, and will block everything else.

Try it and see with a softphone.
