2 Filas simultâneas

Estou com a seguinte demanda , 1 linha de 0800 de 30 canais onde eu preciso que duas filas atendam simultaneamente, existe essa possibilidade ?
Ou pelo menos distribua as chamadas entre as 2 filas

Its not possible to assign a DID to more than one queue. What can be done as a workaround is to set the destination if no answer to be send to the 2nd queue, so if the 1st queue does not answer, then the 2nd queue will receive the call in case the 1st queue
