Hi all,

As i can't find the answer.

I have an customer with 2 pbx's, 1 in europe, the other in the us bridged together, europe master and us as slave.
They have 1 MS365 Tenant.
Now i want to use Teams Direct Routing for all users that are in both 3cx pbx's.

Do i need to perform the integrations through both of the pbx instances? Or only through the master?

Hope that one of you already implemented such a setup and can provide an answer.

Greets,

Hi @dake

what you can, and we have the same, connect one MS tenant to two 3CX Systems, assigned MS users different voice routes (to end up in the correct 3CX) and then include the prefix in the MS DialPlan to allow bridge calls. It includes customization of the default scripts we generate as they only cater for the use case "1 tenant to 1 3CX".
