Unsupported 2N Video Display

I have a T58A connected to my 3CX hosted system. I have a 2N Verso also connected to the 3CX system. I can press the call button on the 2N and it will call the T58A extension and a 2 way conversation can be had between the 2 devices. My issue is I cannot get the video to display on the Yealink T58A phone.

I have enabled the H264 Codex in the Account/Codex on the T58

I see the video on my computer using the 2N IP Eye software.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

It's not supported by 3cx you can only see the video on the webclient. H264 is but proxied by 3cx unless to a browser

Just so everyone knows, I can see the video on the phone. That part has been rectified. The only issue I have now is popup video on the phone when someone presses the call button on the 2N Door intercom.

Right now, when someone presses the button, the phone will ring and the popup window will show on the phone screen but its just a plain notification window. The phone should be able to display the camera video at the same time so the person answering the call can see who is at the door prior to answering. That does not work. But as soon as the call is answered on the phone, then the video will display correctly on the phone.

According to Axis/2N, this ability is being not being transferred from the camera to the phone. 3CX does not provide this piece of communications between the camera and the phone. This is something that 3CX needs to fix.

It's probably related to Early Media. Have you tried having the 2N call the phone directly via Direct SIP?

Can you share with us how you rectified the video stream issue ? I have a T58w and cannot get the video to come through.

This is an unsupported device, so you are pretty much on your own for troubleshooting it.

Supported doorphones have not generated such issues.

Sorry, just saw the latest post.

I contacted 2N support and they got on a remote support session. They checked the 2N Verso and in the Services/HTTP API tab., they changed Camera API setting to Unsecure and None.

Works good now.

We done that too and managed to get it working, but only using H263, H264 simply does not work, however i am waiting now on 2N to investigate why.
