just wanted to ask you if there is any way on V20 to enable/disable 365 integration options - like SSO, contact sync, status sync, etc. just to some specific group of users?

Thank you! But asking more about to do it for groups of users, not for individuals.

This will need to be done individually. It is not available as a mass edit option.
