Hi Guys

When setting up the integration how does one configure 3CX so that it does not create duplicates of existing?

I want to be able to turn on the integration and have it use what's already there.

Are you referring to extensions?

If so, you'll want to ensure that the email field in 365 matches the email field in your extensions. That way they won't duplicate.

I checked that before I turned on the sync but it still created duplicates.

Yes because it says Synced with MS 365 next to the original extension.

Yes, I made a point of correcting email addresses in 3CX prior to turning on the sync.
