365 Integration

Hi,

One of our clients accesses their 3cx management portal via their extension which is an admin account.

We access it through the master admin account.

A while ago they set up the office 365 integration without any assistance from us and have been managing/working on it for a while now

all of a sudden when they go to 'settings' they cant see the 365 integration icon that's usually there?

any ideas? account is still admin and still as all the rights it used to have?

It's by design if they don't have the "System Administration" right.

It's by design if they don't have the "System Administration" right.

Is there anyway to give them these rights do you know? If not, I'll just have to give them the credentials for the master admin account.

Currently you cannot give a delegated admin the rights to view the MS365 option under Settings.
So yes, for the time being you will have to grant them access to the Global Admin if they need to view and edit these settings.
