3CX Academy - not receiving test token

A few weeks ago I took and passed the 3CX Basic certification exam. I then watched the webinars and studied for the intermediate exam, then filled out the form to take the test. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't received a response. Yesterday I filled out the form again, but I still haven't got a response. Am I doing something wrong? Is it normal to have to wait this long? I've never taken the intermediate exam before, so I shouldn't be subject to the 31 day wait time if you fail. Tomorrow I start the expert webinars and I wanted to take the intermediate test before starting to learn the expert course material.

you don´t have to wait for a token. At your customer portal, at "certifications" you can try the Intermediate immediatly!

I think this is only if you are a 3CX partner, correct?
