Are 3CX phone and video call features available for paying customers on this plugin?

I know that there is another older 3CX chat plugin that has these features, but that plugin is rather average when compared to all the extra features available on this one.

Also is the plan in the future for 3CX to roll both these plugins into one?

This plugin will continue to be free for everyone.

This plugin's purpose is to be fully standalone whilst the other plugin requires a 3CX PBX to work. That being said, this plugin and the PBX will eventually be able to talk to each other in order to provide advanced chat features as you'd expect.

Rolling both plugins into one is not currently in our plans.
