I'm new to 3CX and I've moved from Bria. Having difficulty understanding how conference calling works (audio).
While I'm in a call, I use the Conference option to search / dial a new number and I'm in a conference. While the third party is ringing, I see the other two participants on top. As soon as the call is connected, those options (to see other participants) disappear and all I see is a "conference call".

My question is:
How on earth do I separate the conference participants? It's annoying particularly when I conference someone in and they don't pick up and the call goes to their VM. In this case, original participants have to disconnect and call each other again. 3CX doesn't provide much information on their website either: https://www.3cx.com/user-manual/installation-android/

Bria handles this beautifully, we can select each participant and disconnect them from the conference as desired.

When using the conference feature within 3cx with the Webclient/desktop app you can manage participants from under the Meet section for the avtive confernce.

So, every time I do an ad-hoc conference from the 3CX app, an 'Active Conference' is created in Meeting, I'll have to manage participants from the 3CX webclient? Is that correct?

This is correct.

There is no "Active Conference" that is visible on the web client or the 3CX app, in fact during conference the menu button is locked and you can't access it. :(
