3CX/Alcatel Integration

Hi, We are looking to purchase the 3CX Pro. We have an existing Alcatel phone system that the 3XC will need to integrate with. Has anyone successfully integrated 3CX with Alcatel?

Integrate is a very broad term. Do you simply mean the ability to place calls from one PBX to the other via a trunk group, or,something more involved. The model of the Alcatel PBX, and additional details about what you hope to accomplish, might be of help to members that may have experience with this.

Between two PBX's you are generally limited to ...Line to Trunk, Trunk to Line, or Trunk to Trunk connections. The later gives the most flexibility, but your options all depends on the physical connectivity available on the Alcatel.

I have alcatel oxe 10.1 how main pbx , it is connect to 3cx via sip trunk! It work fine
Only 1 issue is from oxe where i have some problem to manage correct callr id passed from oxe to 3cx when incoming cals
Is via isdn to oxe .
