3CX and A1 Provider Austria

Hello,
I have an A1 over IP SIP line in the 3CX.
Inbound calls are working,
outgoing calls not.

The Settings are:
SIP Provider generic

Sip-Server: a1.net
Port: 5060
Outgoing Proxy: centrex.a1.net
Port: 5060

External Nr: 0664xxxxxxx
Auth ID MichaelMueller
Password: xxxxx
3 way: [email protected]


Does anyone have an idea on what it may be?

Hi,

Are you sure your provider support 3 way authentication?

Are your outbound rules correct configured?

Did you run the firewall checker?
